During one science unit, we learned about fossils.  Our class learned about several different types of fossils, including casts, molds, and imprints.  We created molds and casts of either dinosaurs or shells using play-dough and glue.  It helped us understand the difference between the two and was pretty fun as well!

Another popular science unit focused on different ecosystems.  The class had to create ecosystem projects showing a particular ecosystem along with plants and animals that are found there.  The kids really enjoyed doing this project!  Here are just a few spectacular examples of their projects...
